Becketts Return Policy

At Becketts, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns under the guidelines below.


Eligibility


  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces are non-returnable.

How to Return


  • Contact our Customer Service team at support@becketts.com with your order number.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Pack your items securely and include your RA number in the package.

Exchanges


  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds


  • Refunds will be issued in store credit within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items


  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no cost to you.
